To track an asset’s depreciation, click “Asset Depreciation” at the top right of fixed assets under products. This will display a pop-up form. In this form, choose the liability account and the expenses account before clicking submit.

To view depreciation instances, navigate to Products > Fixed Assets. The instances will be displayed in the table on the depreciation instances tab.
